- During school holidays: open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Tuesdays included). The last entry is at 5 p.m.

Tickets: Booking a ticket online is recommended and guarantees entry. However, it is possible to buy a ticket on site the same day, but this is subject to availability on the day.

FRIDA KAHLO, THE LIFE OF AN ICON is an immersive biography that proposes a journey through the life of one of the most influential artists of all time. The immersive biography of FRIDA KAHLO is presented without reproductions of paintings by the artist with the intention of taking a further step in the new immersive languages.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place in the heart of Brussels, at theHorta Gallery.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The recommended visit is 90 minutes long. However, you can remain in the building as long as you wish.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Flash, professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.

We do not rent wheelchairs, but we can provide one if necessary.

Yes.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
